Anderson Hall, Fishers
After the housing bubble of 2008-2010, a developer acquired the remnants of an expansive housing development that had only just begun before the bubble burst. The developer engaged us to take a fresh look at the development as they planned to fill in several large gaps in the neighborhood with new streets, landscaping, and public green spaces. Our design work included landscaping at all new entries, streetscape, around detention facilities, and roundabouts. We also provided planning for larger park spaces, shelters, and pergolas that served as a central feature for the neighborhood. We were also tasked with planning the site features and landscaping for the community clubhouse and pool, incorporating recreational trails, gathering spaces, and quiet nooks with benches and landscaping creating a variety of spaces for use by the neighborhood.
