  Mader Design was enlisted by Indy Parks in 2010 to complete a master plan for the newly acquired 10-acre property along Southeastern Avenue near Wanamaker. As the lead consultant, we led the process of site assessment, historical research, public input, and master plan design.   The Earth Discovery Center was an idea flowing out of the Eagle Creek Park Foundation nearly 10 years before it became reality. Jeff Mader was involved from the original master planning project, through several planning and design refinements, and into final construction documentation while at Schmidt.
